We hope insha’Allah over the coming weeks and months the site grows to fully satisfy the needs of the mosque members and our local community. The mosque is your mosque as is this website. We need your views on its design and content for it to be successful.
We also need volunteers to work with the editor to contribute relevant material.

It’s not just articles we need help with; your views on what you want to see on the site are just as important to us.

Here are some ideas for articles you way like to contribute:

1.The Friday khutba in English – Translating the khutba into English.
2.History of the Mosque – Indeed Marsha’Allah we have a lovely new building but what’s the history behind the previous mosque.  And the one before that?
3.The Alif Group (childrens sunday school) – Snippets of what our children are up to written ideally by parents and their children!
4.Eid Salat – how to read Eid Salat (so we know before we arrive at the Mosque!)
5.Other regular or one off activities organised by the mosque
6.Community news – How local Muslims are enriching and engaging with the wider Chesham community
7.Interfaith – how local Muslims engaging with other religious groups within Chesham.

By the grace of Allah [(swt)] we have taken our first steps to creating a website for our mosque.  May Allah (swt) give inspiration and perseverance to all those that contribute to its success.
